The EZVIZ App is the hub for you to manage your unique EZVIZ account, devices and their related data. We are constantly updating it by innovating new features and privacy technologies.
This further secures your EZVIZ account, as it ensures that even people who know your password can’t access your account without your knowledge. When a device wants to log in, a verification code will be sent to your registered phones number, which you must enter to sign in.
You can set up a password that is independent of your account password to further protect your device videos and images, so that others cannot easily access them.

If you no longer wish to use an EZVIZ device or EZVIZ cloud services, you can close your account with us, which will wipe out all your account data with EZVIZ.
